'A day in the life of'-Hello and Bonjour!

Summary

I would like to achieve/develop a link with a school in France. I would like to begin this by comparing the day in the life of a 6/7 year old English child with that of a 6/7 year old French child. The children could state their day through whole class discussion and collaboration to then send to a France class who can then do the same. Once this has been compared and discussed within each class the children could then have a French/English day! Then feedback the experience to partner school.

stage 1-What is the school day like?

English school-as a class state what they do in a school day using text, video/audio interviews. French school-do the same about their school day.

Children in both schools analyse the 'day in the life' and look at similarities and differences with their school day and that of the other classes school day.
