The class has 34 pupils of which a small group of these pupils are profoundly deaf and require a sign teacher to help support the lesson. Fortunately the sign teacher has some Spanish knowledge but we would love to see if there are any similarities with the spanish sign language.

Mrs Addlington is the regular classroom teacher and Mrs Kliment-Temple comes from the language college to teach spanish once a week. There are also a number of support workers within the class who are learning Spanish alongside the pupils. Mrs Kliment-Temple is learning the sign language to support her Spanish lessons.
