Soher is setting the introduction and the steps of the project
Introduction There are many different kinds of people in one’s life. Those people have different characters with different qualities. Among them is the woman. I like very much women who are modest, tolerant, generous and a bit humorous. A woman, in my concept, is the mother, the wife and the sister. She is in our world and we can’t deny her role and the importance of her existence in man’s life. Let’s discuss these points about women A survey on the role of women 1- Do you think women in the past were better than those of today? 2- What jobs do you think are apt for women? 3- As a boy, do you think girls should be educated like boys? 4- In your opinion as a girl have you taken your rights for education or not yet? 5- Do men prefer the working women or the housewives? 6- Do men like to be headed by women? Women In power: Students are supposed to search the web and write articles or ppt presentation on women in power Students are requested to come up with outstanding female figures they got idea about either in their society or in other ones. The Egyptian students are requested to get examples from their Egyptian world. As for Moroccans, they can do the same. Conclusion Students are supposed to express themselves freely to clarify the topic by exchanging articles with their friends in the other country to form a comprehensive idea about the great role women play in man's life tackling these points: 1- How do women contribute to the development of their country? 2- What jobs do you think are more suitable for women than for men? 3- What job do you prefer to have in the future if you are a girl? My students had interviews with different categories in the world and the society . I correspond with a great teacher and supervisor from Amman Jordan . Mr mazin Momani has unique ideas about the work of women in the field of politics . Enjoy his opinion :
I completely agree with women working in all life aspects.I do agree with women working in Politics, and I do not find any reason of limiting the women's work.But teaching,in my opinion is the most suitable job for women.
Then I asked Mazin whether he agrees to be led by a woman in work and his answer is :
I do not mind to be led by a woman like Soher or to guide me if she has potentials like those of Soher. I will be proud to have a boss like you as I know that you really deserve the position. Otherwise, I will feel angry to be led by unqualified woman.
So, the problem with me is not Gender, but qualifications.
What do you think : Are women going to excel men ? Think of the topic over.

A lebanese colleague has a wonderful idea about women's role in the society . Enjoy
I strongly believe that the mother's first and scared job is to take care of her children. I am against leaving your kids to be taken care of by someone else while you are taking care of others' kids. No matter how hard you work and no matter how greatly you trust those who are taking care of your kids, they can not replace you or give your kids the love, care, and attention they need. It is wise to stay home when you decide to have your babies. When your youngest child is almost 3 years old, you can start thinking of choosing a job keeping in mind that the moment you take such a decision, you should be the only one to make the sacrificies needed - not your kids nor your job. Honestly this is my situation. I started working when my daughter Hiba - the youngest- was three years old. It is true that I missed great opportunities, but I never regret taking such a decision. I was with them when they smiled the first time, when they stood up, walked, talked, got sick, etc.... This is the most important in my opinion. I can not deny the fact that in certain situations, the woman has to work to support the family financially. She has to decide which is better.
A woman can work any job as long as this does not contradict the religious issues.
4. Whether my boss is a male or a female, I should work hard trying not to commit any mistakes. In case of committing a mistake that provokes my boss's anger, I should apologize, but under no circumstances , I accept my boss's anger for no reason. My boss is a female, and things are going on perfectly well.

I thought that Moroccans are always the best in all fields . You Brahim is a lalented author and a wonderful poet . I knew that before as I read to you a great poem about children before and here you answered my questions in a great article in which you showed the role of women without any prejudice to your gender . I noticed the not a lot of men believed in our roles in our present time as women's roles those days flourished and I do agree with you in your view concerned with the inferior idea of people towards women

Hi Miss Sohair First I want to thank you for your kindness.I'm not good at logging on the net and share in your project.So I will write what I want here.First I agree with you in what you wrote about the importance of women in our life. But to tell you the truth I think that women are created to do a kind of tasks they should be fit enough to achieve . Sure, today we saw many successful women in our world in many fields. Butttttttttttt I think the best field for women is to achieve their success. is their home with their children. To tell you the truth any woman whom we think is very successful is totally a loser in her home. Or she is so ugly that she didn't get married at all. Or her husband left her whether by divorce or by leaving her world and taking the tittle of dead. But if they choose a simple job which they can do without neglecting their homes I think this will be better. Look around you, If you see untidy man or children, be sure that this woman is a worker not a house wife. This is my opinion and I will write again to you. I wait for your reply. Mohamed Elsayed

I really greet you for declaring your opinion in such a clear way though you are married to a working woman yet, let me declare to you that women can be successful in dividing their times between work and home under one condition that her husband might help her . I noticed that 95% of the males encourage women to stay at home and stop working but the present life with their requirements need women to support their husbands in the family budget . What do you think ? will you stop your wife from work or rather will she agree to do that ? Waiting eagerly for your reply .

I wonder why you asked about my feeling of being headed by a female. Anyway, my opinion will not be so terrible as your colleagues' because it all depends on the female who heads me. If she's worthy of the responsibility of being a head/ president, then it's all right; otherwise, she'll destroy everything especially when she resorts to her heart more than to her mind when taking major decisions.
You know this topic is very complex as there are many parameters to take into consideration. one of them is how our society views the "domination" of woman over man. As a matter of fact, man is the head. But the question is: When is a woman to head or even dominate a man?
I wonder why you asked about my feeling of being headed by a female. Anyway, my opinion will not be so terrible as your colleagues' because it all depends on the female who heads me. If she's worthy of the responsibility of being a head/ president, then it's all right; otherwise, she'll destroy everything especially when she resorts to her heart more than to her mind when taking major decisions.

I surely feel that the woman's nature is apt for work . In fact they are highly adaptable and can do a wide array of jobs. Even then I think there are certain jobs which are better suited to them in comparison to men ,such as teaching young learners and nursing in hospitals what I mean to say is hospitality sector is their forte,as they are compassionate.
Certainly,I believe in a woman's work in politics as they are mostly honest in their dealings. As far as to be led by a woman is concerned I believe it is a matter of competence and ability which decides who leads whom. If such a situation arises I would rather be proud to have a women as my boss in work giving me orders and blame me if I make a mistake .

As I shared earliar with you regarding the action plan for the international exchange earliar.We had a series of meetings,brainstorming and now finally we have been able to chalk out a plan for this year.These are as follows: 1.Women in Power: This is an extention of your project where in students shall be conducting a survey(in our own countries to be compared later) ,preparing display boards on the same themethe pictof women of substance of various countries besides writing articles and doing other creative tasks(under your developing students' talents project)which shall culminate on the world heritage day with an inter-school speech competitionon the topic-'Women-Life Blood of World Heritage' on 18 th April. 2.'Time Safe is another project going on on elanguages.In particular we wish to do a comparitive study of Indus and Nile Valley civilization-their architecture and trade. Primary students are going to present a show recalling the history of India.I'll send you a recording of the same.It 'll present glimpses of major episodes in India's history. Hope to get your valuable inputs on the above mentioned projects.If I can get those by Sunday I shall be able to bring changes in the action plan as it is going to be finalised by 2 Feb.'09. I read an article written by a great writer in Egypt called Ezat
Elsaadany . After reading the article I found myself writing the same
title for my article which I intend to write now . I really wondered
at this unique idea . What's this idea ? the idea involves having a
world without women. Can our world be a sound one without women . They
always complain that women are the cause of any evil or trouble on the
globe, but they oppressed her she is not really as what they described
her . Woman that gentle and delicate creature who illuminates the life
of man and turns it into heaven filled with every beautiful thing
they ever aspire to . Is it true that man can't do without a women .
Let's contemplate the life of man without having a woman in his life .
We will find it an empty life which is vacant of love , emotions,
passion , the warmth of winter and the cold of summer This is the
woman who is supposed to provide man with all the affectionate
feelings and fill his life with the utmost happiness that enables him
to bear the hardships of life . She is the mother who exerts her
efforts to bring up her children to be the best ones . She is the cat
which tries by all means to protect her children from any danger . She
can sacrifice her life for the sake of them . She is the wife who is
eager to satisfy the life of her husband with his needs to live the
happiest life . Leave alone getting into the kitchen to cook him a
meal and while doing so she might have her finger cut from a knife or
her hands burnt from an oven . She might face dangers inside the
kitchen while doing the house holds .
Not only this but imagine a man without a lover to inspire him to
become the best and most successful man on the globe . Have you ever
imagined a poet who writes a love poem without being inspired by his
lovely woman or a writer who is not inspired by a beautiful lover who
inspired him to write the most beautiful article or story . This is
the woman . Then look at her when she invaded the realm of work and
excelled man!!!!!!!! yes , a few number of women excelled men compared
with men yet they did it and succeeded. She became the doctor , the
teacher , the engineer and even the judge . She conquered man and
over came him .She became the obstacle that blocked his way but what
beautiful obstacle: an obstacle which man likes to have in his life
and can't dispense . She is the cause of man's agony but he likes her
to be in his life . He likes to be well dressed just to be smart in
her eyes, he showered his body with the wonderful perfume to attract
her to him and he wears the best clothes and tries by all means to
attract the woman's admiration. He speaks in an attractive and
interesting manner to attract a woman to his character and he tries by
all means to improve himself and his education in order to see the
looks of admirations in a woman's eyes So just tell me how a man can
live his life without a woman I can assure you he can't dispense her .
It's impossible to live a world without a woman .This article is
dedicated from me, the woman, to you ,the man ,with all love in The
Valentines Day . Many happy returns .
