Follow-up sessions and evaluation

Follow-up sessions
We suggest you schedule at least 30 minutes for every follow-up session.

The most ideal setting for a follow-up session is a room with at least one computer with internet connection and a projector to showcase each other's achievements or problem areas.
This is however not required, follow-up sessions can take place without computers, the participants can discuss their problem areas and access eLanguages after the session to look at each other's projects or problems.

Points you can cover during a feedback session:
- Ask for an update of the action plans for each project.
- Ask if the participants need any assistance in finding a partner. Make sure they specify a preferred country.
- Ask the participants to list any problems they have in using the system
- Ask the participants to share any eLanguages experiences or good resources
- Present a how-to presentation to demonstrate other features on eLanguages
Evaluation
During one follow-up session you could ask your colleagues to complete the eLanguages training evaluation form.

After completion send an email to r.genang@rages.co.uk specify the date of the evaluation exercise and your name and we will provide you with a spreadsheet with the results of the evaluation.
